Mrs Goat And The 7 Kids Re-written By Paige and Khaia

Once upon a time their was a mother goat who was going to the supermarket but before she left her kids she said “ Do not open the door to anybody no matter what ever”. The kids said “Okay mother”. So the mother went and a few minutes later the BIG BAD WOLF came knocking on the door. Knock Knock Knock. “Who’s there” the kids said. “I am your mother. I have some  sweets for you. Now open the door”. The kids said  “ You are not our mother. Mother has a sweet voice like MUSIC. So the wolf went to the music teacher and said “ Teach me how to have a sweet voice like MUSIC or I will bite your beak off”. “Okay” said the music teacher.

The wolf ran to the house the kids were in and said “ Open the door for your sweet mother I have some ice cream for you”. “She has the voice like mother. Stick you’re paw in the letterbox”. The wolf stuck his hand in the letterbox and the kids said “ You are not mother you are the big bad wolf Mother  has a white hoof” So the wolf went to the artist and said “ Paint my paw white like a goat.”

The next hour or so he ended up tricking the  kids to let him in but the littlest kid jumped i a bucket of coal  and the wolf ate the other 6.  The Mother goat came home and the littlest kid told the mother everything and the mother gave the wolf a SAMOAN HIDING and the 6 kids came out of the wolf’s mouth.

TOBY THE SPIDER

Once upon a time there lived a magical spider who was called Toby. Toby  lived in a old oak  tree.Toby always made fun of people. When they walked past he would make their pants fall down or tie their shoe laces so they can fall on the concrete. Toby did this because of all the people that stomped on spiders whack them with newspaper and kill them. He wanted revenge.

The next day Toby  saw one of his mates and said “ Hey mate what are you up too”? The other spider said ”I am just going to the shop to catch some flies. Do you want to come and get out of that old tree”? “No thanks. I love my tree”. “ Okay. It’s up to you. Think about what you are doing to people”.

So Toby’s mate went and Toby thought long and hard about what his friend said to him.  He thought that if he stopped then he said to himself...” If i keep doing this then i am hurting people”.Toby went to the shop to see his friend to thank him. When he saw his friend he said “ Thanks for the good advice. I think I will stay here instead of hurting people”.

The moral of my story was to never hurt anybody for no reason.

It helps me by not doing  things i don’t really need to do

Cross Country

On Thursday 22nd of August we had Cross Country.  A Cross Country it when you run either short distance or long distance. First up was the five year old boys. They went around the top field and round  half of the reserve. It must have been so tired when they finished and hot. My group was Mataatua( Green ). Our group came third to last. At least they tried.

When all the juniors were done it was the 9 year old boys turn. Mr. Burt put the siren on and they were off. The boys were gone in 1 second they were fast.

The first boy was in Tanui.

After a while it was our turn. I was so nervous me and Quasia ran together. Mr . Burt Told us where to go. When we started I was alright then after a while i was tired. My feet were really muddy and yuck.

After all me and Quasia crossed the line together. The first girl was Asena, Second was Kevine and third was Rebekah. Me and Quasia came third to last.
